Excellent base for 3 nights. We really enjoyed our deluxe king suite. Service was extraordinary too. Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

Worth its 5 stars. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.

The hotel was deluxe and our rooms overlooked the city. Our suite was equipped with a mini bar fridge, an iron and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. It was next to Playa del Carmen city centre.
